The Helios String Quartet is a Kansas City string group which specializes in playing wedding and event music for the Kansas City area. We also play receptions, business functions, parties, and studio recordings. Having majored in music, all members are graduates of the University of Missouri-Conservatory of Music and are now working as professional musicians in the Kansas City metro area.

 

The Helios Quartet has an extensive repertoire list, ranging from classical to jazz to pop to Broadway favorites. Our fees are a cut below what most quartets of this caliber charge, yet nothing is lost in experience and professionalism. All Kansas City wedding music is booked by a simple two page contract. If your event is small or you need to save on cost a duo or trio is available, providing an equally elegant performance for your Kansas City wedding. We work with each client in selection of music, planning, and coordinating to ensure that each Kansas City wedding or event is unique and special.
